What’s with the New Dirt Road at the Rincon Bluffs?

You may be wondering what’s happening on the Rincon Bluffs Preserve with the new dirt road there? The City needed to put in this road in order to carry out cleanup work includes removal of old, dumped concrete and other debris as we move towards a final design for our newest preserve.
